AMI Québec (in Montreal) in collaboration with the SashBear Foundation, is offering a special program called “Family Connections.” This workshop is designed to help family members better understand Borderline Personality Disorder,
or emotional dysregulation and is especially geared toward teaching family members practical skills which will help them cope and protect their own well being.
The workshops are taking place over two weekends, from February 20th and 21st, and March 19th and 20th. The program is free, however $40.00 is requested to cover the cost of snacks and food.
