People often think that mental health treatment only involves therapy and medication, but it can involve much more than this.

YMHC approaches mental health challenges from a preventive approach. We provide workbooks that can help individuals learn their triggers and how to reduce their risk of a mental health crisis.

We provide workshops in schools that help youth, families, and educators learn about mental wellness and how to develop a plan to reduce student crisis.

We provide a platform of over 164k people to interact with and provide encouragement and support.

Society needs to build up, support, and recognize the life-saving impact that these preventive measures so that everyone can thrive and we can reduce the suicide rate to net zero.

Life isn't a contest. Someone is allowed to be sad, despite others having it worse. Just like someone is allowed to be happy, despite others having it better.
