The Wheel of Emotions is a great tool to help you identify what emotion(s) you are experiencing. When emotions are identified, we can manage them more easily. Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) offers many coping strategies for emotion regulation and distress tolerance. Taking into account the current situation and DBT tools, Dr. Sachiko Nagasawa created the following workbook: “Tolerance for Uncertainty: A COVID-19 Workbook. A guide to accept your feelings, tolerate distress, and thrive.”
